Membership of the KK8MY Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at the time of each subsequent use of the Platform. KK8MY reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age eligibility requirement is found to have been breached.
Any winnings generated by underage players will be forfeited immediately upon discovery. KK8MY maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
You must confirm that the use of online gambling services is not prohibited, restricted, or regulated in a manner that prevents your lawful participation under the laws of your country or territory of residence. Access to the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions is not permitted. KK8MY does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal under applicable national law.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the KK8MY Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, KK8MY reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding Bonus Funds therein.
All information provided during account registration must be accurate, current, and complete. KK8MY will rely on the information provided to process deposits, withdrawals, and identity verification. You undertake to keep your registration details updated at all times by notifying KK8MY support of any material changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. KK8MY will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. You must notify KK8MY immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
KK8MY operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Members may be required to submit the following documentation:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by KK8MY may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
By accessing and using the KK8MY Platform, you agree to use the Services strictly for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes only. KK8MY accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name.
Third-party deposits — whereby funds are transferred from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is detected, KK8MY reserves the right to freeze the Account and return funds to their source pending investigation. KK8MY does not charge deposit fees from its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests will be processed once KYC verification has been completed and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied. KK8MY aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. KK8MY reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Refer-a-Friend bonuses are issued once the referred player has completed registration, KYC verification, and their first qualifying deposit. Both parties must hold separate, verified Accounts. There is no cap on the number of friends you may refer.
All bets accepted by KK8MY are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to each product. In all matters of dispute regarding game outcomes, sports results, or bet settlement, KK8MY's determination shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory appeals process.
For sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and Formula 1 — bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event that an event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not completed within the specified time parameters, settlement rules applicable to that event type shall apply as published in KK8MY's sportsbook rules documentation.
KK8MY reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account.

No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of KK8MY.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform's content or technology.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KK8MY, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if KK8MY has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
KK8MY's total aggregate liability in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall not exceed the aggregate value of Real-Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit KK8MY's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
KK8MY does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions. KK8MY will endeavour to notify Members in advance of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
KK8MY reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account, any Real-Money Funds held within the Account will be returned to the Member through an approved payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of applicable bonus funds. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account termination in all circumstances.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KK8MY holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall endeavour to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
KK8MY reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, KK8MY will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via the contact details associated with their Account or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
